Buying a Home? The COST Is More Important Than the PRICE!

Many buyers today are obsessed with purchasing a home when the market hits “the bottom”.  As the economy improves, the Fed may not continue to keep interest rates at the historical levels we have experienced over the past year.  The question to consider is if interest rates rise, and prices fall another 4% as they did in 2011, which scenario is in the buyer’s best interest?
