Karen has been a full time licensed Realtor since 1997 and Lunenburg Resident since 2001. She has raised 3 children that all attended the Lunenburg School System and are all graduates of Lunenburg High School. I have represented sellers and buyers in over 400 residential real estate transactions since 1997. I have been a Top Producer with our local real estate board (NCMAR) from 1998 to the present. I truly enjoy my career, which I attribute strongly to my love of people, excellent organizational skills and the drive to always improve my knowledge to stay ahead of the curve for my clients. Karen represents buyers and sellers throughout North Central Masachusetts.
Chris has been selling homes in North Worcester County for the past 25 years. Specializing in Residential Real Estate, she services the towns of Leominster, Lunenburg, Fitchburg, Lancaster, Townsend, Shirley Harvard and Sterling. She has been a resident of Lunenburg for the past 30 years. Prior to Lunenburg, she and her husband lived in numerous locations due to his Military career both stateside and abroad.
